Coolest/Oddest Musical Experience: I performed the Arutunian Trumpet Concerto memorized with the Central Iowa Symphony
If you could create music with another musician (local, famous, dead/alive), who would it be and why?  Taylor Swift because she is a mastermind and I would love to play trumpet for her

Any kind of fluffy animal

Why do you think it's important to teach the younger generation music?  
It is important to teach younger generations music because it gives them a broader perspective. Just like learning a language, it can open people's eyes and allow them to build empathy for others
What is the most unexpected thing you have learned while studying music?  
If you put competition aside and work as a team, you can achieve even more than making music
